Invitation letter
To obtain an invitation letter to assist with your administrative process for obtaining a visa, please complete your online registration.
You will then be able to download a personalized invitation letter for the event.
Terms of cancellation
Any modification/cancellation must be communicated by email to participant@15-mai.com :
- Until February 20th, 2025 (included): withholding of 50% on the total amount, for administrative fees.
- From February 21st, 2025: all cancellations will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.
